Though required by law to carry a real estate license, we are more than simply realtors.
Our services are typically delivered in three phases:
Phase I – Corporate Assessment: We conduct a thorough investigation of your existing situation in partnership with your facilities and senior management teams. We discuss and explore the current state of your organization’s culture through a combination of surveys and direct interviews. Finally we examine your financial statements, assess your physical spaces and review your real estate contracts.
Phase II – Create Real Strategy: Based on the results of Phase I and the discussions with you and your team, we recommend a strategy to deliver the desired results such as increased profitability, or improved workplace satisfaction. At this point we deliver a baseline summary report for discussion purposes inclusive of major milestones and a preliminary capital budget.
Phase III – Implementation: Based on your organization’s unique needs and situation, we assemble a team of subject matter experts and lead them to delivery of superior results while remaining completely involved and engaged until the very end.
