Overview:

Real Strategy transformed an outdated, fragmented suite into a modern and efficient workspace. Addressing numerous challenges throughout the process, we helped breathe new life into the Facilisgroup space.

Key Upgrades:

Selective Demolition & Cleanup: We conducted a selective demolition, removing only the partitions and finishes necessary to align with the new layout. Outdated carpet tiles and vinyl flooring were carefully removed, with a focus on preparing the space for the new high-quality finishes.

New Partition Layout: The suite was restructured with a fresh layout, adding new partition walls strategically positioned to maximize natural light and create functional areas for both collaborative and private workspaces. 

Mechanical & Electrical Systems: HVAC systems were upgraded with the installation of new VAV boxes to improve air circulation and energy efficiency. Electrical and data systems were overhauled and security upgrades, including card access at entry points, were added to enhance safety and accessibility.

Lighting Improvements: We implemented a new lighting plan, replacing outdated fixtures with modern, energy-efficient LED solutions. The lighting layout was meticulously planned to provide consistent illumination across workspaces, improving visibility and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Finishes & Aesthetic: A combination of Tarkett carpet tiles and luxury vinyl flooring were installed, providing an attractive yet practical solution that complements the suite’s updated design. The walls were painted in a professional, clean palette to create a modern, cohesive look that reflects the suite’s transformation.

Upgraded Kitchen Area: The kitchen was fully remodelled with new cabinetry and fixtures. Enhanced millwork details bring both durability and aesthetic appeal, while the layout was optimized to provide a functional and inviting space for daily use.
